This is an Angel's Trumpet or Brugmansia. I got it this spring in the mail and it was 6 inch twig. It's now over 5 feet tall. There are lots of different colors. The flowers last a couple of days. Enjoy!
I have one of these gorgeous plants too! Mine makes a Pink trumpet shaped flower. Sadly the blooms don't last a long time. I find this plant also needs a lot of water and fertilizer to grow well. Yours is beautiful! Thanks for posting the picture.
